Rumor has it that Pat Hartness likes to move dirt — dirt as it applies to runways and parking areas. As a consequence, this year’s Joe Nall was blessed with two flying areas — one near Pat’s hangar and one at the south end of the airfield. As Carol McKinney told us, “The Confederate Air Farce used club funds to build a new gazebo, which includes a nearby lavatory and shower area.”
