OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE "ELECTRIFLY SUMMER SWEEPSTAKES"

The “ElectriFly Summer Sweepstakes” (hereafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) begins on April 1, 2010. All entries must be received by midnight, June 30, 2010. The Sweepstakes are co-sponsored by: Hobbico®, Inc., 2904 Research Road, Champaign, Illinois 61826 and by (ital) R/C Sport Flyer (end ital) magazine, Kiona Publishing, Inc., P.O. Box 4250, W. Richland, WA 99353-4004 (hereafter referred to as the “Sponsors”). Participation in the Sweepstakes is open to any individual (hereafter referred to as the “Entrant”) who: 1) at least 18 years of age, and; 2) a legal resident of the United States, the District of Columbia or Canada, and; 3) submits a completed entry form that satisfies the Sweepstakes rules. The Sponsors’ employees and immediate families and the employees and immediate families of all affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, promotional, advertising and fulfillment agencies assisting with this Sweepstakes (hereafter known collectively as “The Sponsors”) are ineligible for participation in the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, the Entrant must submit a completed Entry form to R/C Sport Flyer magazine by midnight, June 30, 2010. To enter by mail, Entrants can fill out the printed form available in R/C Sport Flyer magazine, or write their name, street and e-mail addresses, home and cell phone numbers on a 3” x 5” card. The Entry should be mailed to: R/C Sport Flyer magazine, Kiona Publishing, Inc., P.O. Box 4250, W. Richland, WA 99353-4004. The envelope should feature the words “ElectriFly Summer Sweepstakes” underneath the zip code. Online entry forms will be available at rc-sf.com. Limit of one entry per Entrant. Duplicate Entries, illegible Entries and Entries which do not meet Sweepstakes rules will not be included in the drawing. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for mutilated, misdirected, lost or late Entries. The Sponsors further reserve the right to disqualify an Entry at their own discretion. Once submitted, all Entries become the property of R/C Sport Flyer magazine and will not be returned.

When to Enter: Entries can be submitted as of April 1, 2010 and must be received by R/C Sport Flyer magazine by midnight, June 30, 2010. Entries received before April 1 or after midnight on June 30 will not be included in the drawing.

How Winners will be Selected: Winners will be chosen by random drawing on or about Friday, July 9, 2010. The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail on or before Thursday, July 15, 2010 and will be posted on the Sweepstakes page of the R/C Sport Flyer Web site after that date. Prizes awarded to winners who cannot be contacted within seven working days of notification, or who fail to submit the required paperwork within fourteen working days will be considered undeliverable and will be awarded to an alternate selected by random drawing. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable will be forfeited.
All results of the drawings are final.

"ELECTRIFLY SUMMER SWEEPSTAKES" TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Sponsors reserve the right to modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase or entry fee required to enter or win.
• Entrants may enter electronically online, or enter by mail: 1) by using the entry form in R/C Sport Flyer magazine, or 2) by writing all required information on a 3” x 5” card.
• Submission of a signed (or e-mailed) entry form and participation in the Sweepstakes by an Entrant automatically:

— constitutes full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, the official Sweepstakes Rules.

— gives the Sponsors the right to use the entrant’s name or likeness, in any and all of the Sponsors’ activities in any media, without permission from, or compensation to, the Entrant, except where prohibited by law.

— allows the Sponsors to use information from the Entrant’s Entry Form without Entrant’s consent, for administration of the Sweepstakes, internal marketing and analysis, and/or to provide the Entrant with information about Sponsors’ promotions or products in the future. However, the Entrant may opt out of these activities by checking the appropriate box on the entry form.

— agrees to hold the Sponsors and their legal advisors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions relating to or resulting from the Sweepstakes or the Entrant’s acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. This includes without limitation personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, damages, causes of action, judgments, awards, decrees, settlements, or expenses (including without limitation legal fees and court costs) arising from or in connection with or by reason of any activity that breaches these Official Rules. Entrant further agrees that any legal actions relating to this Sweepstakes or the Official Rules will be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts in or near Champaign, Illinois and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

— understands that prize award requires the completion and return of: 1) an affidavit of eligibility; 2) waiver of liability; and 3) publicity release within fourteen days of their receipt, and that failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the prize award.
